Shipping & Delivery

At Alnahim Creative, each product is made to order. We design, produce and ship with care to ensure you receive a high‑quality product. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.

Shipping Service & Costs

We use USPS Ground Advantage for standard shipping. Our processing and delivery timeline is as follows:

The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and the number of items.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Made‑to‑Order: After your payment is confirmed, you have a 4‑hour window to modify or cancel your order (change size, colour, quantity or cancel entirely).
Production Time: Once this window closes, we begin production, which typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on the product.
Shipping Time: After production, your order ships via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery generally takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: From the time you place your order, you can expect delivery within 3–10 business days.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking link. You will receive this via email as soon as your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Alnahim Creative is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us because of these issues, we offer reshipment under the following conditions:

Eligible Reshipment Scenarios:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
- The carrier attempted delivery multiple times and returned the package to us.
Reshipment Fee: $7.00 USD per item for U.S. reshipments.
Reshipment Procedure: Reshipments will only be made once you provide updated and accurate shipping information.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently support one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
